The second tester was very unhelpful and didn't seem to understand that the engine needs to be really hot just, didn't want to discuss it in any way, might have been ...

I am also going to see tonight if there is a boost leak anywhere since I had the intercooler and all the air intake pipes off as this may cause the engine to run rich.
