Wounder what the problem could be. ABS, handbrake and traction lights comes on after hard braking, heavy acceleration or hard cornering and when driving straight.

As I see on the video that only traction control light is showing on. Did u braik at all there?
Cus it could be one of the ABS sensor rings could be cracked, so it thinks 1 wheel is spinning faster. So ABS light can go on, abs can even work when brake lightly. And so on. Can u see the abs rings that they dont have a crack.
If u can check troublecodes (maby at local toyota shop) would help.
But if all those ligths go on and off, there could be a bad connection on cables or display. oxide.
Recomend check ABS rings first, then troublecodes
